SHIPPING
Domestic orders usually take around 5–6 business days to arrive, but sometimes it may take longer depending on circumstances beyond my control.
International orders typically arrive within 5–15 business days, though delays may occur due to customs or postal service timelines.
I always aim to ship things out as soon as possible, but since this business is mostly just me, it may take a few days to get parcels packed and sent out, especially during busy periods. Thanks in advance for your patience. If there’s ever a significant delay, I’ll be sure to reach out.
Once a parcel leaves my hands and is en route internationally, it’s in the hands of your country’s postal system and customs. If your parcel is delayed or goes missing, please contact both myself and the postal service. I’ll do my best to help, and in rare cases where items go missing or arrive damaged, I’ll handle things case-by-case and can either resend or refund when appropriate.
All international orders are sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), which means any customs duties, taxes, or fees will be your responsibility once the package arrives in your country. I don’t have control over these charges, and they can vary depending on where you live—please check with your local customs office if you’re unsure. If a parcel gets sent back due to unpaid customs charges, any return costs and fees will be deducted from your refund.
Please make sure your shipping details are correct. If an incorrect address is provided and not caught in time, I can’t take responsibility for the loss of the package. I’ll do my best to help if it can be recovered, but I won’t be able to offer a refund in these cases.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
I only accept returns if I’ve sent the wrong item by mistake (it happens—I’m human!). If that’s the case, get in touch and I’ll sort it out. If the pots have been used, I won’t be able to refund or exchange them, especially due to the nature of crackle glazes.
If your order hasn’t arrived a week after dispatch, please reach out right away. After 10 days, it becomes very difficult to trace or fix the issue. I ship a lot of parcels and can’t track each one individually, so I rely on customers to let me know if there’s an issue. I don’t offer full refunds for parcels reported missing more than a month after dispatch, as courier services typically won’t reimburse that late either.
SHOP UPDATES
I usually restock the shop in batches rather than on a set schedule. Updates are shared via Instagram. If you’re wondering when the next batch will drop, feel free to reach out.
I don’t sell outside of scheduled restocks, and if you visit my studio, please know that stock might not be available—often I’m preparing for future shop updates or exhibitions.
CARING FOR YOUR POTS
Crackle-glazed pieces naturally develop staining over time—it’s part of their character. My ceramics are made from high-fired stoneware, often rich in iron, which can make them more chip-prone compared to factory-made items. They’re designed for everyday use, but they do require a bit more care.
I recommend washing them by hand and avoiding highly staining foods or liquids. Try not to leave liquids sitting in them overnight. While they technically can go in the dishwasher or microwave, it’s better if they don’t. Treating them gently will help them last much longer.
If a product listing offers multiple quantities, each pot may vary slightly—that’s the beauty of handmade work. For one-off pieces, what you see in the photo is what you’ll receive.
PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy matters. Any personal information you provide (name, address, etc.) is used only to fulfill your order or send newsletters—nothing more. Your information is shared with Squarespace (my website provider) and any relevant third parties involved in processing and delivering your order.
Data collected through this website includes standard analytics such as browser type, pages visited, and your IP address. This helps me understand how people interact with the site. Cookies are also used—some are essential, while others are optional and only load if you consent via the cookie banner.

I do my best to protect your data, but please remember that no method of transmission or storage online is completely secure.
