Are All Your Pieces Handmade?
Yes! Every piece is handmade in small batches using high-quality porcelain and stoneware. Variations in size, shape, and glaze are part of the charm and uniqueness of handmade ceramics.
Do You Accept Custom Orders?
At this time, I do not offer custom or commissioned pieces. However, each batch is made with care and intention—many items are one-of-a-kind or part of limited runs.
When Will My Order Ship?
In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order or restock items may take 2–3 weeks to process before shipping. If you need your order by a specific date, feel free to reach out before placing your order.
How Is My Order Packaged?
All pieces are carefully wrapped with eco-conscious materials and packaged securely to ensure safe delivery. I strive to minimize waste while protecting your ceramics in transit.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, I offer international shipping! Please note that shipping times and customs fees vary depending on your location. Buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.
What If My Item Arrives Damaged?
I do my best to package everything safely, but if your item arrives broken, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. I’ll make it right.
Are Your Ceramics Food and Dishwasher Safe?
Unless otherwise noted, most pieces are food safe and microwave safe. Handwashing is recommended to preserve the finish and longevity, especially for delicate or matte-glazed pieces.
Do You Restock Sold Out Pieces?
Some items may return in future batches, while others are one-offs. If something you love is sold out, feel free to reach out—I may be able to let you know if it’s coming back.
